Neurodivergent-Affirming Training for Educators (ADHD & Autism Support)

Available Nationwide for Schools and Educational Organizations

Let’s co-create classrooms and schools where every mind feels it belongs.

Our educator trainings go beyond awareness—focusing on practical, actionable strategies that educators can immediately apply in the classroom. We support teachers, school staff, and leadership teams in understanding the full spectrum of neurodivergent traits, including ADHD and autism, and how these present across different students and developmental stages.

Through this work, we help transform challenges into opportunities for connection, regulation, and growth.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Recognize and respond to neurodivergent needs with clarity and confidence

  • Reduce meltdowns and support emotional regulation

  • Foster self-advocacy and student agency

  • Create inclusive, accessible classroom environments

  • Support strengths-based learning and engagement

Our approach is grounded in neurodivergent-affirming and LGBTQIA+-inclusive practices, ensuring that every student is seen, respected, and supported in their full identity.

Testimonials

“The training completely shifted how I understand dysregulation in young children. Instead of reacting to behavior, I now think about sensory load and nervous system needs first. The strategies felt practical and manageable, and I’ve already seen a difference in how I respond during high-stress moments.”

Mr. Anderson, Lead Teacher

“I appreciated how clearly ADHD and autism were explained, especially from both a clinical and lived-experience perspective. The Spanish translation was incredibly valuable — it’s rare to find trainings that are truly bilingual. I left feeling more confident supporting children in ways that honor their differences.”

Ms. Ramirez, Early Childhood Educator

“What stood out most was the attention given to educator regulation. Our team often feels overwhelmed, and having that normalized — along with concrete strategies — made a significant difference. The training didn’t just focus on students; it supported staff in sustainable ways.”

Dr. Patel, Program Director
