FAQ

  • Yes! We offer both in-person and virtual therapy for ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and other neurodivergent experiences. Our office is located in the Willow Glen neighborhood of San Jose, California—a welcoming space designed with neurodiverse needs in mind. We also provide virtual therapy to clients throughout Florida, so you can access support from the comfort of your own environment.

  • We understand that therapy with a provider who has extensive training in ADHD, autism, AuDHD, and other neurodivergent experiences—alongside lived neurodiverse insight—is an investment. We're committed to making this level of specialized care as accessible as possible, which is why we reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots. If financial support would help, please mention it during your consultation and we'll do our best to find a solution that works for you.

  • Not at all. While neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, AuDHD) is a primary focus of our practice, We also support individuals healing from narcissistic abuse, navigating attachment wounds, moving through life transitions, and those who simply want to understand themselves more deeply—whether they're neurodivergent, neurocurious, or somewhere in between.

Our work is with verbally fluent autistic individuals—those often described as "high functioning"—who have spent years flying under the radar, masking, overcompensating, and wondering why life feels so exhausting.

If any part of this resonates, the best way to start is to schedule an initial consultation where we can explore your needs together.

Playlists crafted for you, by our therapy clients.
