Parent Coaching for Neurodivergent Children (ADHD & Autism Support)

Coaching is available virtually for parents across California and Florida.

You want to be the steady anchor your child needs—and we’re here to help support you.

We offer parent coaching for caregivers of children and adolescents with ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent profiles. Together, we help you understand your child’s unique neurology and translate it into practical, everyday support.

Our work focuses on building tools, confidence, and advocacy skills so you can respond to challenges with clarity—whether that’s navigating emotional regulation, school systems, or daily routines.

This is a space where you can ask questions openly, feel supported without judgment, and develop a deeper connection with your child—so they can feel safe, understood, and empowered to be themselves.

Individual Session (50mins): $250

FAQ

  • Parent coaching is all about YOU as the guide. While therapy might focus more on your child's individual processing, coaching gives you the tools, strategies, and understanding to support your child's neurodivergent brain in daily life. We'll help you decode their behavior, strengthen your connection, and create an environment where they can thrive — without the overwhelm or guesswork.

  • Not at all. Whether your child is formally diagnosed, self-identified, or simply showing signs of a neurodivergent brain, you're welcome here. Many families begin coaching while they're still seeking clarity, and we're glad to walk alongside you through that process.

  • Every session is tailored to YOU and your child. We might explore what's coming up at home, brainstorm responses to specific challenges, practice new communication approaches, or simply help you make sense of your child's inner world. You'll leave with practical tools and a deeper sense of confidence — plus someone in your corner who truly gets it.

  • Absolutely. We support parents across the entire neurodivergent journey — from toddlers just beginning to show their beautiful brains, to teens navigating the complexity of adolescence, and every stage in between. The challenges may shift, but the need for understanding and connection never does.
